Description
Men semen, in plain language is an organic fluid that may contain spermatozoa and can fertilize female ova. It is secreted by the sexual glands. The testes are responsible for making testosterone; the primary male sex hormone, and for producing sperms. The prostate gland contributes additional fluid to the ejaculate.
As discussed else were, Infertility affects about 15% of sexually active couples and the quality of semen/ sperms contributes significantly to the fertility potential.
Reports on historical trends in semen quality based on semen volume, sperm concentration, motility, and morphology were found to have gradually decreased during the past 20 years.
And in view of fact that Antioxidant intake is associated with semen quality in healthy men, we designed this formula (Dr. J. Men C Men) to enhance semen quality and in order to avoid the possibility of needing future fertility treatment.
This formula (MEN-C-MEN) is a very rich in antioxidant elements (the formula contains 14 Medicinal Ingredients). It contains Maca, Panax ginseng, Ginkgo biloba, Royal jelly, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Lycopene, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E (AT), Zinc, Selenium, Folate, Chromium and Copper. Although, many of these ingredients especially the micronutrients are available in many marketed products, we characterize ourselves, by adding very expensive ingredients such as Lycopene, Coenzyme Q10 and Royal jelly. For example, it has been reported that Lycopene is one of the antioxidants found in seminal plasma, forming part of the non-enzymatic defense system that helps to combat elements harmful to the health of spermatozoa. It is thought to aid in the treatment of infertility via the antioxidation pathway. In our article on Lycopene, we indicated that human trials have reported improvement in sperm parameters and pregnancy rates and facilitated the spontaneous as well as IVF conception with supplementation of 4â8 mg of lycopene daily for 3â12 months.
In our product âDr. J. Men-C-Menâ each capsule contains 3 mg of Lycopene, to make the daily dose of 9 mg, which is in line with current recommendation.
Thus, we trust that âDr. J. Men c Menâ formula with its composition (of various sources of antioxidants) could be considered as an ideal formula for idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia patients (low of sperm counts, reduced sperm motility and presence of sperm with abnormal morphology
