Dr. J. Laboratory<\/strong>Dr. J. is in his lab in the mid-seventies, immediately, before leaving to Britain to commence his postgraduate studies.
\nThe Apparatus is for\u00a0determination\u00a0of the nitrogen content using\u00a0Kjeldahl\u00a0analysis.
\nThe\u00a0Kjeldahl\u00a0method was developed in 1883 by Johann\u00a0Kjeldahl. The amount of\u00a0protein\u00a0present is then calculated from the nitrogen\u00a0concentration\u00a0of the food.<\/td>\n		Dr. J. Graduation day\u00a0<\/strong>This picture was taken in 1981, on the same day, while I was passing in front of Princess Ann (saluting her), upon my doctorate awarding event at Royal Albert Hall in London (UK).
