Payment And Delivery
Eligibility
To purchase any products, you must:
1. Be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase,
2. Provide QMRS with valid payment information associated with a credit card or other payment method that you are authorized to use, and
3. Authorize QMRS online payment processing providers to charge your credit card or other payment method for the price of the products, together with any taxes, described on our website.
Prices
1. The indicated documents prices are net prices. They do not include the Canadian applicable tax, which will be charged for customers from Canada.
2. Shipping and handling costs are not applicable, because documents will be sent to clients electronically (by email) or by downloading the documents on.
3. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
GST/HST SalesTax
QMRS office is located in Ottawa, Ontario and is, therefore, obligated to collect the GST/HST (sales tax) for clients located within Canada.
Transaction Currency
1. All prices are in USD.
2. Our online payment processing provider accept payment by Visa, Master and Discover card.
3. Canadian clients have the option to pay in Canadian Dollar by certified cheque, bank transfer or interact (By Interac e-Transfer). For more information, please contact us
4. The Canadian amount should be equivalent to the indicated amount in USD, based on the current exchange rate.
5. Orders will be processed, only after receiving the full amount.
Payment By PayPal
PayPal is one of the largest online money transfer service providers in the world.
1. PayPal accepts all forms of payments from about 200 million customers worldwide,
2. PayPal allows customers to pay in more than 100 currencies.
3. PayPal makes checking out safe and easy by only requiring you to enter your email and password, and then manages payment on your behalf without sharing your financial information with the website you’re buying from.
1. First select the product you would like to purchase, and add it to your cart.
2. When you are ready to check out, select the PayPal button.
3. Log in entering your PayPal login credentials. PayPal will process the payment without sharing your financial details.
When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is not shared with QMRS. PayPal protects you if there is a problem with your eligible purchases. PayPal guarantees:
1. No liability for unauthorized purchases. For instance, if someone uses your PayPal account without your permission.
2. Refunds for incorrect orders or items that never arrived.
3. If you have a complaint about your purchase, PayPal has an easy-to-use Resolution Centre that helps you come to a solution.
You can use a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card to pay with PayPal. You can also use a debit card that displays the Visa or MasterCard logo.
1. Credit card security: When you sign up for a PayPal account, you are choosing the credit card or bank account you wish to use for purchases on the PayPal secure system. Once your first transaction is complete, you never have to disclose your credit card information online. By paying with PayPal, you keep your credit card information private again; you can shop without worrying about a hacker downloading your account data from your online merchant.
2. No Cost: It is free; no annual membership fees, no processing fees, and no service charges.
Accessing Documents
1. QMRS documents are assigned unique document codes, title and purpose of use (descriptions). Our documents are categorized into five groups: These are the GMP, MD, Marijuana, GCPs, and HACCP & Food Safety. Document number starts with a prefix of three letters (e.g. SAN for Sanitation, or PER for personnel) followed by a sequential number. Click here to review two samples of our procedures.
2. Downloadable documents are in editable version (MS Office 365), QMRS has the right to know the purpose of the purchase before downloading the document. This is because your purchase grants you the right to utilize QMRS’ publications for your company’s sole use. As indicated above, QMRS reserves the right to reject any order from any client.
To purchase the document:
1. At the preferred category (GMP, GCP, etc.), choose the procedure you want to purchase and select “Add to Cart”.
2. Select the “Buy now”.
3. Once you are done shopping, navigate to the “Checkout” button. You will be guided to a page where you will complete your purchase.
4. When the payment is completed, you will be directed to a links, where you will be able to download the document instantly.
NOTE:
All documents (policies, procedures and templates) are compatible with MS office 365 (2016) and are easy to edit and customize to your preference.
