1. Food Safety & HACCP Training
This is to assure that all individuals involved in the food safety programs are properly trained, so they understand their role and can effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Specific training activities may include courses, workshops, working instructions & procedures that outline the tasks of the employee, who are monitoring each CCP. Therefore, plant management must provide adequate resources for thorough education and training. In fact, effective trainings considered as an important prerequisite to successful implementation of a HACCP plan. Also, as per the newly adopted Safe Food for Canadian Regulations (under Steps of Developing The PCP), staff training is considered as an important element to ensure an effective implementation of the Preventive Control Plan.

- QMRS HACCP courses have been designed to meet the training requirements established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission guideline and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
- Our HACCP courses have been reviewed and accredited by “The International HACCP Alliance” organization (Please click HERE to verify that QMRS name is among the Accredited Introductory HACCP Training Programs Providers.
- The instructor (Dr. Jalal Mokhalalati) has been accredited by the “International HACCP Alliance” organization” as a “Lead Instructor”.
- Candidate, who successfully complete the training program, will receive a “Certificate of Completion” from QMRS displaying the Alliance Seal, which indicates the “International HACCP Alliance Accreditation”.

2. QMRS Audit Services
Sometimes manufacturing plants are not fully ready for certification, but would like an expert consultation to prepare for implementing or improving the current organization Preventive Control Plan or Prerequisite-HACCP programs.
At QMRS, we conduct third party audits (Off-site and On-Site audit) to determine your plant’s (or your suppliers) status and readiness to develop and implement the best and cost-effective food safety programs and to ensure that your facility meets the requirements of local and international regulatory agencies.
Normally, if we found that your HACCP plan is properly implemented and complies with FAO/WHO Codex and the Canadian CFIA standards, QMRS will provide you with a certificate stating that the establishment “Preventive Control Plan” has successfully passed the QMRS audit and meet the (Safe Food for Canadians Regulations).
In brief, QMRS can assist you in:
- Providing support to establish an effective Preventive Control Plans (PCP) as per the “Safe Food for Canadians Regulations”.
- Provide you with all the documents (SOPs & templates) needed to fulfill the Preventive Control Plan or/and the Prerequisite / HACCP programs documentation requirements
