Dr. Mokhalalati enjoys over forty years of experience in the health care and pharma industry, backed by a Ph.D. degree in science from the University of London (UK).

"I work for a small food company. The course taught me the HACCP principles & application. And I learned how to establish the CCP, and prepare the needed records of the HACCP plan, I, really do not like the decision tree matters, because it is not a straightforward method. In fact, it is puzzling. The good thing is that I was able to get the Certificate (after many attempts) with the “HACCP International Alliance” seal.
