The following procedures are written in accordance with the “Canadian Food Inspection Agency” guidelines, the “Safe Food for Canadians Regulations”, and the FAO Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP 1-1969). Therefore, it could be used by anyone, regardless his/her place or the size of the business.
